All fees are due at the time of service, including unmet insurance deductibles and co-pays. I accept Health Savings Account cards, debit cards, credit cards from the four major credit card banks, checks, cash, and money orders. I typically bill insurance $140.00 for a 50-60 minute individual clinical hour. Cash paying clients may be offered a discount, depending on their individual circumstances and at my discretion.

- Kaiser Permanente (First Choice Health options)

I require 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any therapy appointment; “no shows” and missed appointments are billed at the full clinical rate. If you are an adult and someone else is paying for your therapy, I request that you pay me directly and your family member etc. reimburse you for services. I routinely provide billing receipts upon request for tax purposes etc. It is expected that children under the age of 18 would have a parent or guardian pay for their services.
Clients requesting professional letters will be billed an hourly rate for such services. It is up to the discretion of the clinician whether or not such letters are appropriate. Letters may include but are not limited to: FMLA letters, medical/mental health disability letters, employee leave letters, student hardship letters, pet therapy letters, court letters/declarations, physician letters, short term/long term mental health disability leave letters, and therapy enrolment letters.
